You must be the owner of the credit card used for payment.
If the operator is unable to accept the booking, they will offer
you an alternate one. If this is not acceptable to you you will
recieve a full refund of the amount paid. This must be done within
12 hours of the operator first contacting you. If the operator
can provide the product or service the cancellation rule below
applies. If a deposit is made for a booking the remainding money
needs to be paid at the operators requirements. New Zealand Travel Planners LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury to
persons or property as a result of participating in any of the
activities purchased on this site. New Zealand Travel Planners LTD has
the right to refuse a booking. Any person acting frauduently will
be reported to the New Zealand Police.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a booking
with New Zealand Travel Planners Ltd the following will apply:
All cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 0800 08 11 55
or e mail travelonline@xtra.co.nz with the referance number and
clients name. A cancellation with at least 48 hours remaining
before the start time of the product, service or event, you will
receive a 75% refund. If you cancel with at least 24 hours remaining
before the start time of the product, service or event a 50% refund
will be given. If the client cancels within 24 hours of the start
of the product, service or event no refund will be given. No show
constitutes the full amount being charged and no refund will be
given. Monies refunded will be only be refunded into the credit
card used to book the product. Cancellations can only be made
by the person who booked the product, service or event. A full
refund will apply if made by the operator due to poor weather
conditions.
New Zealand Travel Planners recommends travell insurance.
All booking include Goods and Service Tax.
