Broken River Ski Club runs this small ski field near Christchurch. It is open to everyone – members and the general public alike. It has some of the best off-piste and soft snow skiing and boarding in New Zealand.
The Ski Field has special access via alpine rail called the Tyndall Tramway which takes you up from the car park to the office through a native beech forest – a 4 minute one of a kind ride with amazing views.
